LV targets motorcycle market with multi-bike pilot scheme
LV has rolled out a full cycle electronic data interchange multi-bike solution with the introduction of its Highway Moto Plus scheme
LV claimed to be one of the first insurers to offer this type of solution. The pilot scheme allows customers to insure up to four motorcycles under one policy.
It is available for modern bikes up to 35 years old or classic bikes up to 75 years old, up to a value of £20,000 on comprehensive cover and up to £6,000 for third party, fire and theft or third party only cover.
The company noted that benefits include extended no claims bonus scale plus discounts for approved alarms and immobilisers
