What was the most shocking insurance event of 2016?
At Bluefin the biggest shock came in the form of the floods that hit Cumbria and surrounding areas at the start of the year. Though not shocking in the sense that we didn't anticipate bad weather, it was a shock to see the extent of disruption the heavy rainfall and flooding caused for local residents and businesses.
