Ex-LV employee and conspirator jailed for bribery offences
This is the first time IFED officers have had a successful conviction under the Bribery Act.
The City of London Police's Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (IFED) has secured the conviction of ex-LV employee Stephen Karl Oates, aged 26 of Bournemouth and Aisha Elliott aged 23, from Yeovil.
Elliott was employed by a claims management company, Elkador Finance. Oates worked for LV in its Third Party team.
