Jobs at risk in Axa office closures in Ireland, reports

The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland could see up to 100 people lose their jobs as 18 branches may be set for closure.

Axa is set to close four branches in Northern Ireland and 14 in the Republic of Ireland according to reports by the Belfast Telegraph.

The article stated that the closures could see 20 people lose their jobs in Northern Ireland with further losses in the Republic meaning around 100 jobs could go.

It is believed staff will be informed of the cuts today.
