Why you should sign the Women in Finance Charter
Insurance careers coach Katherine Bryant explains why the Charter is important for insurers and brokers.
The rapid growth of the annual Dive In festival suggests a commitment from many firms within insurance to improving diversity and inclusion in the widest sense.
Yet the Women in Finance Charter, designed to improve gender diversity in senior positions has had poor support from our industry.
This fact was highlighted recently by Jayne-Anne Gadhia, the CEO of Virgin Money and author of the charter, who told MP’s on the Treasury select committee:
