Lycetts appoints Charles Foster as CEO

Incumbent Angus Keate moves to deputy chairman role.

Lycetts has appointed Charles Foster as its new chief executive succeeding Angus Keate who will become deputy chairman.

The changes will take effect on 12 December.

Foster has been in charge of Lycetts’ rural division for the past three years, having joined the company in 1991 and became a board member in 2013.

The firm highlighted that Foster was involved with its first acquisition, of Cliverton in 2003, and the subsequent integration as a trading division of Lycetts.
