Willis Towers Watson sells Miller

Deal

Private equity firm Cinven and Singapore wealth fund GIC have bought the specialist broker for an undisclosed sum.

The move sees the broker sold by its partners and corporate member Willis Towers Watson.

Cinven has reportedly been looking at the broking space for some time and was believed to be one of the investors looking to take a stake in Global Risk Partners. GRP owners eventually revealed a deal with Searchlight.
