In my career as a HR professional, I have lost count of the number of times that people have said to me that they fell into the insurance industry by accident, but then stayed because they liked it.
In fact, the majority of people who find their way unintentionally in insurance tend to continue in the industry and enjoy a long and fulfilling career. So we must be doing something right, but why is it that our industry isn’t seen as a top career of choice, in particular by the young generation
