News analysis: What does the post-pandemic future hold for brokers?

Brokers split over whether they will see a return to growth while grappling with new attitudes to remote working, work-life balance and client confidence in the aftermath of Covid-19

Brokers have expressed optimism about the future as they gear up for growth after waving goodbye – at least for now – to pandemic restrictions.

Research from Aviva showed that 43% of brokers expect to see growth in their business during the remainder of 2021 (see box below).
