Brokers with ties to the community they work in are in a unique position to thrive after the rise of shopping local during the pandemic, says Richard Easterbrook

At a local level, a high street broking business is more than just an insurance broker that happens to operate in that area; the people, particularly those who are client-facing, are embedded within their local community and make a meaningful contribution to it. This includes understanding the types of people and businesses that live and operate there, as well as contributing to community events.
