Igo4 pledges to go Net Zero by 2050
Igo4 has signed up to the Science Based Targets Initiative committing to a 46% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and to become Net Zero by 2050.
As part of this, the broker has eliminated the use of gas to heat its Peterborough headquarters, instead opting to reverse electric air conditioning pumps to heat the offices.
It is also switching to LEDs and a 100% renewable energy supplier. Colleagues have also been offered a new cycle to work scheme and the business has installed electric vehicle onsite charging points.
