Jensten makes first move outside UK as it snaps up Berns Brett
Berns Brett has been purchased by Jensten in a run of deals for growth in regions and specialisms by the Livingbridge-backed consolidator.
This acquisition brings more than 5,000 clients and a team of 40. Berns Brett has offices in London, West Sussex and County Cavan in Ireland – the first purchase for Jensten outside of the UK.
David Skinner, managing director of Berns Brett, will continue to lead the company and will report to Robin Thomson, managing director of Jensten Insurance Brokers.
