C-Quence launches real estate product and ‘drag & drop’ automated submission reader

Managing general agent C-Quence has launched a real estate product for the property owners market, and unveiled a ‘drag & drop’ automated submission reader.

The managing general agent explained that the innovation, which is being used across property and casualty business, automates the ingestion of submissions into its CQ elements platform, eliminating time consuming manual entry of complex risk data.

It detailed that by dragging a submission, such as a PDF form, into the platform, the required underwriting information can be displayed alongside the submission document for brokers to verify.
