Kayzen Specialty rolls out D&O wrap offering

London and regional markets focused managing general agent Kayzen Specialty has launched an add-on for directors’ and officers’ insurance claiming it will provide broader cover protecting individual executives from gaps.

It has been created as a ‘wrap’, which forms part of the excess layer on a traditional D&O tower.

According to the firm, the “unique differentiator” in the D&O market has been well received and will help brokers win or retain business.

The cover drops down into the primary layer and insures where that is refusing to pay either due
