Trudi Archer and Rachel Would have left the business.
Trudi Archer, Endsleigh head of customer operations, has left the Zurich-owned broker, as reported by sister title Post.
According to the article Rachel Would, head of operational development at Zurich, has also left the company.
A spokesman for Zurich told Insurance Age: "A couple of people from our customer operations function have recently decided to leave the business.
