Ex-Zurich personal lines broker chief Nichola Thomson joins Lockton

She left the provider in June last year.

Nichola Thomson has been appointed as interim chief operating officer, regional division at Lockton UK.

Lockton declined to comment.

Thomson was the head of personal lines broker at Zurich from October 2014 to June last year when she left the insurer.

Paul Emery, head of Navigators & General, took on responsibility for the role.

Thomson had been with the provider for over 20 years holding a variety of posts covering sales, distribution, marketing, strategy and operations.
