Interview: Martin Oliver moves on

Oliver admits he is relishing not knowing what the future holds as he says goodbye to Arthur J Gallagher and reflects on his time with the broker.

Martin Oliver officially leaves Arthur J Gallagher on 31 October and his role of MD for small business and personal lines has been taken on by Gareth Birch.

Oliver admitted that he has “no plans” regarding what to do next with his career and said his exit from the business comes at a time when he needs to be at home more in Glasgow for his family and elderly parents.
