There are widespread changes in the private motor market, as claims continue to grow, forcing premiums up. However, the insurance industry is not heeding warnings or making adequate plans for the future, says Andrew Newman.

Almost every aspect of UK private motor business is on the move,
making any review of the market inevitably repeat much of what has been
