Another new sector in the professional indemnity sector is opening
up, just as solicitors make final arrangements for their PI cover on the
open market.


Changes in the regulation of fiduciaries and administration businesses
look set to make it mandatory for managers of off-shore investment trusts
to have PI cover by early next year. Lloyd's broker First City is already
in the market, having placed over 100 policies for trusts in Guernsey.


The broker declined to reveal which insurers are
