Despite the fact it comes from the head of communications at the
British Insurance Brokers' Association, the liability article in October's
Professional Broking (p27) appeared to be riddled with factual
inaccuracies.


The author is dealing mainly with employers' liability insurance and the
following are some of the factual errors.


Paragraph four: "The indemnity is unlimited in amount ..."


The indemnity is not unlimited in amount either under statute or under EL
policies. The Employer's Liability
