GAN has unveiled its new household rating guide which is the resultof a review of the 100 variables it uses to rate risks.
The guide incorporates GAN's three household policies - Optima Home,
Optima Bedrooms and the 45WISE household policy, which was launched in May
1998.
Discounts on buildings and contents cover have been increased to
12.5%.
Other changes include an across-the-board reduction in buildings rates for
properties built after 1980.
