Chris Austin has been appointed IT director at Axa Provincial. He hasmore than 20 years of working in IT, previously holding senior IT
positions at HJ Heinz and Smithkline Beecham. Mr Austin said: "At Axa
Provincial, I will be seeking practical and innovative solutions to the
application of IT in order to help the profitable growth of our business,
while also addressing the challenges that face the insurance industry as a
whole, such as the Millennium and EMU."
