Budget Insurance Intermediaries has bought the five branches ofAnglia Motor Insurance from Churchill, and is set to buy Fosters' chain of
six branches in south-east London.
The company will gain about 21,000 motor policies and 50 new members of
staff from Anglia, and about 15,000 policies and 30 new members of staff
from Fosters. The company said it does not anticipate any redundancies as
a result of the acquisitions.
The Acton branch of Anglia together with the entire Fosters chain will be
rebrand
