John Greenway, MP for Ryedale in Yorkshire, has been made the first
president of the Institute of Insurance Brokers. Mr Greenway became the
IIB's Parliamentary Adviser in 1987 after the formation of the Institute.
He is also chairman of the All-Party Insurance and Financial Services
Group at Westminster, and Treasurer of the Insurance Brokers Registration
Council.
