I greatly enjoyed Ric Mathers' article in the January edition of PB
(p30).


I agree with Ric that just building a website is not enough. There has to
be a reason for potential customers to visit that site. The article
illustrated the problems of relying on search engines, when there are
literally thousands of sites relating to key words. I also agree that
insurance industry sites tend to be very boring.


I applaud those independent brokers who have taken the time and effort to
create websites. They
