Insurance brokers could soon have a set of standard commercial riskpresentations.
Polaris, the British Insurance Brokers' Association and various broker
software houses - including 24-7 Broking, Acturis, MCS, Misys and Sirius -
are working together on the benchmarking initiative.
The project aims to give brokers a standard commercial presentation for
certain classes of business. The presentation will incorporate the minimum
information required by underwriters to produce a quote.
