Cornish insurance intermediary William Rogers Insurance Brokers hasannounced the acquisition of Lizard-based Lawsons, which operates Lawson &
Co and Lawson & Co (Commercial).
The deal increases William Rogers' gross written premium by a third and
brings it a national scheme for public houses and inns.
Lawsons principle Peter Stanley will remain involved in the newly expanded
firm and is set to play an active role in developing new business.
