Sportscover, the Australian-based underwriting agency plans to launchinto Europe in the first half of 2003.
The company has had a UK office for over two years and is currently
researching which country to target next.
Alan Hootton, UK manager of Sportscover, said he expected the UK branch to
have exceeded its Australian parent in three years. The underwriter has
established a UK network of 40 brokers but is keen to hear from more,
especially those in Scotland.
Mr Hootton said that insurance
