NIG Skandia has scrapped its agency department and transferred
responsibility for servicing agencies to the various business divisions
within the company.


The department's six-strong team has been split up, and five of the
members of staff have been moved within NIG Skandia.


Agency manager Simon Jackson has been made group affinity manager, and his
deputy, Andy Potter, has been made head of agency administration.


The agency department's three support staff have been transferred to
agency
