Budget is opening a 200-seat contact centre in Cape Town to accommodate ambitious growth targets for its affinity business Junction. Budget will run the centre itself and is hiring 180 telephone staff and six managers to work in the offices in Cape Town's Century City district. It will initially deal with private motor business and later will begin taking on customer service duties for other lines.
