Bristol-based broker Jelf is poised to attack the 'very traditional and under-broked' Welsh market after setting up offices in Cardiff headed by two heavy-hitters from the Welsh market.
Gina Dixon, formerly of Julian Hodge Bank, will head up its commercial enterprise and, together with Wayne Pontin, managing director of Jelf Corporate Healthcare, will be at the forefront of the campaign based out of Cardiff.
