Ace Insurance is rolling out an electronic document management systemthat should improve its service to brokers and allow it to increase its
broker agency base.
The Apollo system - which has cost $8m to set up - has been piloted in
Ace's Glasgow office since May and will be rolled out across Ace's UK
offices by the end of January.
Ace's property and casualty paperwork will now be redirected to an
administration centre in Maidstone. It will scan the documents into
electronic format allowing Ace's
