After almost 40 years of working within the insurance industry I have
often felt compelled to voice my opinion on matters raised in the
insurance press but have never done so until now.


The article in the November issue of PB that has finally brought an actual
written response is the item relating to motor insurance and whether this
is still a viable source of business for brokers. Here again was another
set of platitudes and obvious comments from insurance company chief
executives who must be so
