Lloyd's has welcomed the first group of candidates to be accepted on to its graduate programme. They will now spend the next 18 months on three, six-month placements throughout Lloyd's, taking several technical training courses and exams in the process. The graduates are (back row, left to right) Niall Moten, Pavlos Spyropoulos, David Bagheri, Jay Desai, Tom Murray, George FitzGerald, (front row) Victoria Bryan, Dishni Payagalage-Don and Chloe Brindley.
