The Chartered Insurance Institute has launched a new training directory, containing details of more than 300 face-to-face training courses on offer in 2004. New courses for this year include life and disability claims, life and disability underwriting, and supervision in a regulatory world. The entire course programme has also been reviewed in order to make it more flexible, with the CII pledging to tailor existing courses or develop new ones to fit companies' needs.
