CGU has appointed Cathryn Riley and Trevor Smith to director ofbroker operations. Ms Riley will be responsible for the existing CU (UK)
branch network and operating units supporting brokers. She will also
manage the interface with brokers through the integration process, while
delivering service and profit targets for 1998. Mr Smith will have joint
responsibility for the broker operations, alongside Ms Riley, which
includes GA/CU branch networks, specialist units and specialist
subsidiaries.
