IT budgets - Cutting IT down?

Brokers should pay due care when considering reducing spending on information technology, writes Katherine Brandon

Some businesses are looking to reduce information technology costs as part of wider savings measures but, before jumping on that bandwagon, brokers should investigate carefully what IT achieves in their day-to-day operations.
