There are many religions practised in the UK and the fact that this is not reflected by the cover available means brokers should get up-to-date and plug the gap in the church insurance sector, says Diane Smyth.

religion for it to be officially declared a new UK faith.

moved far beyond the traditional Catholic, Anglican, Baptist and Methodist
churches.
According to figures from Congregational and General - a leading insurer
in the churches market - there were 13,960 non-traditional Christian
churches
