Middlesex-based broker Bennetts has set up an accident management centre to deal with clients' claims.The centre, run by personal injury specialist law firm Donns Solicitors, allows clients to report claims and trace their progress through the internet. Donns will deal with all aspects of the claim, including liaising with the insurer and, where appropriate, organising replacement vehicles and vehicle repairs. Bennetts hopes its centre will help to resolve claims with the minimum of delay.
