After 22 years as a Misys customer, Macclesfield-based broker the Bollington Group has replaced its legacy system with Sirius 21 to run its core broking business.

The news comes at the same time Misys has sold its general insurance business to private equity firm Montagu Private Equity.

A Sirius spokesperson said Bollington will introduce the new system over the next three months and will be fully up and running by July, including the broker's successful motor trade insurance system.
