Jardine Lloyd Thompson has acquired a portfolio of aviation business from Heath Lambert.
The portfolio earns approximately £12.5m per year and JLT will pay Heath Lambert a cash consideration of £9.4m in three equal instalments during the next six months to acquire the business.
Nigel Weyman, managing director of Heath Lambert's aerospace business, and 60 of his colleagues have moved with the portfolio. They will join JLT Risk Solutions, JLT's London subsidiary.
