Compliance.co.uk, the independent compliance consultancy group, has extended its position with the purchase of Macclesfield-based Compliance Consultants. The acquisition extends the group to 12 full-time consultants and three research staff. Simon Collins, managing director of Cheshire-based Compliance Consultants, will join the board of Compliance.co.uk, the holding company that already includes Leicester-based Compliance Solutions. The Macclesfield office will continue in operation.
