Norwich Union has played down broker unease about its national team of 200 account managers being asked to reapply for their own jobs.
Concern was raised by a number of brokers after their main point of contact with the insurer was replaced.
An NU spokesperson defended the move, claiming the review was designed to improve its service to brokers and stressed that it was not looking to change the way it dealt with them.
