International broker Alexander Forbes is paying a total of £12.7m for three of Bradstock's retail and specialist operations. The company expects to announce a further acquisition within the month.
AF will take over international events insurance specialist Insurex Expo-sure and the 10 UK and Irish offices at Bradstock that specialise in retail insurance broking. It will also acquire Bradstock Trustee Services, an independent pension trustee firm. The business and assets of these companies
