Warren Hill Insurance Brokers has bought East Kilbride insurancebrokers C&N Black. The acquisition is a key part of the company's
expansion in the north, according to its managing director David Perry. He
said: "The deal provides us with an ideal base and allows us to develop
and distribute our products in an additional and important marketplace."
Warren Hill is now looking to recruit more staff to assist with its
development plans.
