Tony Baker, the former deputy director general of the Association ofBritish Insurers, has launched his own consulting company and also has an
Internet-based financial services initiative in the pipe-line.
Mr Baker, who had been with the ABI in its various guises for the past 30
years, launched the Tony Baker Consultancy on the 1 March, and is looking
to target companies in the financial services arena which are seeking
advice on the media, public affairs and regulatory issues.
