Cornhill Insurance is overhauling its corporate structure in a bid toprovide clearer business channels for brokers and to increase the
underwriting authority of its branches.
The restructuring, called FocusTogether, will come into force from April
6. It will mean that business currently written through UK Branch
Division, Allianz Cornhill International Division and Allianz Cornhill
Engineering will be absorbed into two divisions.
Allianz Cornhill Regional will be structured so as to provide
