The integration of Sedgwick into the Marsh structure is not likely to
be completed for another two years. Marsh, which recently changed its name
from J&H Marsh McLennan, is currently integrating Sedgwick's IT system
into that of its own. A decision has yet to be made regarding a location
for a UK central office. A spokesman for Marsh said the merging of
Sedgwick into the operating companies has been successful, with targets
for consolidation savings being met.
