Direct Line has reported that it is providing more online quotes thanever before, following the launch of its enhanced Internet quote facility
last month.
The insurer is currently providing 2500 quotes a day which, according to
Chris Werman, head of public relations at Direct Line, is "significantly
higher" than before.
Users of the site have also shown a willingness to purchase over the Net
