Zurich UK Commercial has launched three small business centres, as first reported in June's Professional Broking (see below: 'Zurich: small centres').Catering for the commercial broker, the call centres promise: quotes issued within seven minutes for 90% of telephone requests, policy documentation issued within 48 hours of quotation, increased money limits, lower excess amounts, increased indemnity period and an uninsured loss recovery service included as standard cover for goods carrying
